The onsen provided attire was a nice touch and the public baths were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of Japanese and Western cuisine. The hotel's location at the base of the mountain was convenient for skiing. I'll recommend this hotel.

Greatly enjoyed superb and very good breakfasts!!
Had fine stay in this popular hotel, the staff were helpful, location was excellent to nightlife. I asked for a twin room and it was well-appointed. Location: the property was so close to Sapporo after work, and Furano during summer and fall for the colors. Dined at Restaurant Karamatsu, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

The hot springs were very nice and we enjoyed the free coffee station in the lobby. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the beautiful scenery and close to many activities that we wanted to do.
The staff seemed to only cater to Japanese guests, which made it difficult for us to communicate and feel welcomed. The food at the Japanese restaurant was below par, and definitely not worth the high price.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as a top-notch spa and wellness centre, sauna, and massage services. The open-air bath in the relaxing garden area overlooking the stunning scenery was a highlight of my stay. The restaurant served delicious meals with an extensive menu, and the bar/lounge area offered a variety of drinks. The location advantages included a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, perfect for unwinding.
The only minor issue I faced was the limited bus schedule from the hotel to the city centre, making transportation less convenient. However, the exceptional service from the staff who were friendly and helpful made up for this small drawback.

Communication could be improved.

The hot springs were amazing and very relaxing after a long day skiing. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. The location was also great, with easy access to the ski lifts and ski lockers provided for each guest at the entrance of the ski resort.
The staff were not helpful and we had trouble with lost luggage and poorly organized ski rental services. , the shuttle bus service to town was infrequent and unreliable, making it difficult to explore outside of the hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for accessing the ski slopes, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more pleasant. Additionally, the facilities at this hotel were well-maintained, providing a clean and comfortable atmosphere for our visit.
Everything was spot on.

My recent ski trip was made even better by the hotel's convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the gondola. We had easy access to other ski slopes and the Furano JR station. The attraction Ningle Terrace was also nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was impeccable, and our breakfast each morning was delicious. The on-site amenities were impressive, and we especially enjoyed the hot springs.
We did find that the hotel's dinner options were a bit pricier than we would have wished.
